Let’s talk about caring for mature skin. We’re aging, our skin is losing elasticity and a whole bunch of other stuff it used to produce on cue like collagen, protein, etc. and properly caring for it involves more than rubbing on some moisturizer and going on about our business. It’s not rocket science but we do have to add a few more steps in our beauty routine than we did in our 20’s and 30’s. (Which is the best time to begin but let’s be honest. How many of us actually give a thought to getting wrinkles and bags when we still have soft pretty baby skin? We wait until we’re looking at a stranger in the mirror trying to figure out who she is and how she got inside your face and started rearranging things.)
